Awen Academy of Ballet and Ballroom will begin summer ballet classes June 1st, offering Mommy and Me movement classes, pre-professional ballet training, social and competitive ballroom dancing, wedding dance instruction, and Zumba fitness classes. The new studio is located at 2203 West Main Street, Suite 16, on the corner of 24th Street and Main Street in Norman.
In preparation for the June 1st opening, Awen Academy is offering free classes throughout the month of May. On May 8th and May 15th, free Zumba classes will be offered at 1 pm. Those attending will not only receive the free classes, but will have the opportunity to purchase Zumba class cards at a discounted price. In addition, anyone enrolling themselves or a child in summer ballet classes will receive two free weeks of ballet classes, to be applied to the six week long summer course.
