In the midst of weekly upsets and ranking shakeups, this is an unusual, rare, special occurrence to have: the latest top 6 BCS ranks remain the same.
Once again, Oklahoma is sitting still on #6, thanks to no-upset on the top 5 teams last weekend. It's ironic that last week the bye teams jumped their ranks over Oklahoma by not doing anything, while OU's rank did nothing when it got its turn.
Nevertheless, Big XII is stronger than what people might believe. Specifically, Big XII North: Kansas and Missouri. Both are on top 10 this week and their futures are looking brighter (unless they are infected by the upsets virus like others). We need these two teams to win out so that we have the opportunity to beat one of them in Big XII Championship \and gain huge lead on both computer ranking and human pools.
And cross our fingers for other shakeups on top five teams this week.
