Single? Avoid Seven47

I've been to Seven47 and Logan a lot that I can say this: Seven47 is not a bar for singles.

Most of people there are for their friends and networks. It's not to say that it's impossible to meet the opposite sex at Seven47, it's just that it is a lot easier to do it at Logan. IME, I met a lot of girls who were much nicer and approachable in Logan. Compared that with girls at Seven47. Their attention spams are way shorter cause they have to run around catching up with their friends. Did I mention they are 100x snobbier?

But IMO what makes Logan a better place than Seven47 is that it's a much more relaxing place. First of all, Logan has a lot more space. A LOT. You can walk around the place without bumping with other people too much. There are seating areas inside Logan where you can sit down comfortably without cramping out space.

Not to mention, Logan is way cleaner than Seven47. Everytime I go to Seven47 after a game (or a night before a game), I notice nasty puddles underneath bar stools. How about last Friday night? There's a puke on the floor near bar and I accidentally stepped on it :(

But to balance things out, let's talk about great things about Seven47. Obviously, Seven47 is where "the party is at." The energy, the crowd, the craziness it's all there. Plus, that's where Sooner football players go after the game. I see guys like Jacob Gutierrez, DJ Wolfe and Juaquin Iglesias hang out there a lot. And ultimately, some of the hottest girls hang out at Seven47.

I do think Seven47 needs to increase its space. Everything is so cramped in the middle of the bar I have to fight my way through people everytime I want to go to the restroom. Sure they have the balconies but they need to realize that their bar is THE main attraction. If they can somehow capitalize that "asset" and make a bit more room around the bar, it would make things a whole lot better for people who go there.
